Having a headache can happen at the most inappropriate time along with being annoying and sometimes difficult to ignore. Mostly when we are under pressure, headaches can appear automatically. If it gets worse we could have to lay down and take an unscheduled rest.
Headaches is a condition of mild to severe pain in the head it can also effect the upper part of the neck.
There are different types of headache, but most of the time headaches can be brought on by stress. It could also be brought on by spending too much time in front of a computer, loud noise or receiving bad news.
One of the main causes of headaches is the tension in the muscles of the neck, scalp and jaw. We usually deal with it by consuming over the counter pills.
But there are many times it is not appropriate to take a nap, such as when you are at work or out of a shopping trip, and then there could be an occasion when you run out of your over the count pain pills when you really need them.
Don’t worry because I have got you. The easiest way to handle a headache and the great thing is that you can use this method anywhere. The method that I am talking about is massage.

You can do thing simply and the great thing is almost everyone can do it and it can be done at home or at work.
4 Easy Ways To Treat Your Headache Naturally with Massage
I am going to show you how you will be able to easily treat your headache no matter where you are.
Here are four easy ways that you will be able to heal your headache with the use of massage.
1. Massage Your Eyes
You can massage your eyes by closing them and place your middle finger under your eye, just above your cheekbone. Massage that areas gently but firmly in a circular motion for about one minute. You can then repeat on the other eye or you can do both at the same time.
2. Massage Your Eyes and Nose Using Your thumbs
You can massage your eyes and nose with the use of your thumb by going along the underside of your eyebrows (along the bone on the top of your eye socket). Feel where this bone meets the bridge of your nose and eyes and find the point where this is a small indentation.
Now very gently pressure press with your thumbs into these points. You can do this four time by holding and pressing the area for ten seconds in each press.
3. Neck Massage
Massage your neck at the point at the base of your skull with your middle finger. When you have found this point at the base of your skull gently massage using a circular motion for a couple of minutes at a time.
4. Scalp Massage
I find this massage very soothing. Place both your hands on both sides of your head and gently massage with the palms of your hands gently using a circular motion.
Once you have done one or more of the above massages you can then start talking deep breaths.
Lift your shoulders towards your ears for 5 to 10 seconds to relief the remaining pain, and then let the drop back down to their natural position.
You are going to start feeling a whole lot better when you do this a couple of times. Your massage will relief your headache and your head will feel less weighty.
