I am writing another colon related article because during my years of research I realise that taking care of our colon can be the cure to many other illnesses.

Bowel related problems have become more and more an integral part of our lives more in the Western World and this is due to the abundance of foods like fast foods in our diets.

This causes problems like low vitality, stomach bloat, and poor digestion, with irregular bowel movements.

When you add this too other problems that many do not relate like strong body odour, bad breath, lack luster and bad skin conditions, which all lead back to the common point which is your colon is not working as it should and needs immediate attention.

Now the question is how do your ensure the ongoing health of your colon?

The answer is a simple one and this is have a colon cleanse at regular intervals. There are mainly two different ways to cleanse your colon.

The first is consume a high fibre supplement and the second is to flush your colon with water.

Okay the second way may bring up more questions than answers so let me explain in more details what I mean by flush your colon with water.
