Red Tea vs Green Tea

Hi and welcome to JADa Therapy

Today we are going to talking about red tea versus green tea, in saying this I am not going to say that any of these teas are bad because in fact both have their uses.

WHY RED TEA IS BETTER THAN GREEN TEA

Green Tea

Green Tea

Green tea has been around for a long time and grown in popularity over the years for all the health and wellness benefits it offers along with the benefits towards weight loss. There is a lot of irrefutable evidence confirming this and many people who would swear how green tea as assisted them in their weight loss journey.

Green tea contains really powerful antioxidants which is a valuable component on any health journey for minimizing healthy risks such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Although green tea has really amazing benefits could we be overlooking something better?

This brings me to red tea and why I think that it could have an edge over green tea.

Red Tea

Red Tea

Rooibos, also known as red tea is equally high in antioxidants, however it is sourced differently to green tea. The antioxidants that is contained in rooibos, aspalathin and nothofagin which are comparatively rare, and are helpful in regulating blood sugar, stress, reduce excessive fat production, and inhibit metabolic disorders.

In addition to preventing heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes and other illnesses, it is also known to be very effective for weight loss.

Rooibos means red bush.

This is a plant that is freely available, the leaves turn red upon fermentation.

This is one of the important ingredients that is contained in the Red Tea Detox that was created by Elizabeth (Liz) Swann Miller, who is a Naturopath and best-selling Amazon author, who over the past 15 years has helped thousands of men and women lose weight and become healthier and happier.

She as combined the benefits of rooibos that as amazing fat burning strength with a number of equally valuable ingredients and developed a very successful program.

Unlike green tea, red tea does not contain caffeine, and therefore making the time you take more flexible. Such as drinking it at night will not make you restless, another good factor is that it taste really good.

The bitterness of green tea is often attributed to the high tannin content, which is less dominant in red tea.

One of the things that stood out to me when researching this product is the fact that it is not age bound. By this I mean that it is available to all ages.

Whilst many health products do not bridge this gap the Red Tea Detox is available to both adults and children and have design a recipe that caters for all ages and tastes, with the inclusion of a sweetened version of the recipe.

This particular Red Tea Detox program is fresh and is already transforming lives since its launch and now it is available for you by click right here.

Today you will also be getting bonus products which you can see below.

  3. I love green tea and I have been very interested in red tea after reading this. I usually love making different drinks with green tea, like green tea lemonade and at this time I’m actually drinking green tea with orange juice. I wonder what recipes I could try with red tea!

  5. I’m going to have to make a switch to red tea if it’s really that much better than green tea! I love green tea but sometimes people put way too much sugar in it to cover that bitter taste and that robs it of it’s natural health benefits. The fact that red tea has many of the same benefits without the caffeine makes it a winner in my book.

I would not say that it replaces green tea, but it would make a really good addition.

The taste is a lot better that green tea and this is an added bonus.

      Many thank

  6. Hi Jennifer,

Thanks so much for sharing this useful article with us. All this while, I ONLY knew about Green Tea, I never even knew that there exist a Red Tea. But you have really opened my eyes to see something today that even the Red tea is more beneficial than the usual Green Tea I knew about.

Also, I knew that Green tea has some medicinal value such as helping you lose weight and  even has some powerful antioxidants which are valuable components for minimizing healthy risks such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. thanks for this knowledge. I didn’t know about this at all.

But Red Tea even seem to be more useful. You mentioned that Red Tea also has some antioxidants which are vital in regulating blood sugar, stress and even helping to reduce excessive fat production. That really sounds good about Red Tea. I like fact that it has NO caffeine in it. It means you can take it at anytime without any disturbance at all to the body.

Thanks a lot for sharing this useful information.

    Stephen.
