ALKALINE HERBAL MEDICINE: REVERSE DISEASE AND HEAL THE ELECTRIC BODY by AQIYL ANIYS
I have wanted to write this book review on Alkaline Herbal Medicine: Reverse Disease and Heal The Electric Body by Aqiyl Aniys for a while now, so I am really excited to share this with you.
Before I got this book I watched a lot of videos from Dr Sebi and got really interested in the Alkaline Diet. Before this I had not really understood how acid and alkaline in the body actually worked.
I have been into natural products for the body for many years before this but when I got the book my eye really opened.
Before I get into this Review. I will tell you straight up that I would definitely recommend this book. If you are into Herbs, healing the body naturally then this is a must have.
I have had my copy for a couple of years now and could not honesty tell you how many times I have read it, and referred back to it in my everyday life.
You know the saying “first I was blind but now I see”. Well I really had an eye-opening moment when I read the first chapter called ECOSYSTEM, let alone the rest of the book.
I will go into a little part of this but to be honest you really need to read it yourself. I will actually type the first paragraph because I really can not say it any better.
This is Quoted Directly From The Book
” We live in an amazing ecosystem that is responsible for supporting life. When we think of life, we often think of the big things like people, animals, trees, and plants. Life is much more than that and is made up greatly of organisms we normally don’t see. Abundant microorganisms are responsible for keeping the bigger picture going. There is a natural balance of what we call “good” and “bad” microorganisms present all around us”
Just that paragraph alone can be a discussion on its own. Everyday life is doing this and doing that without a second thought about these microorganisms keeping the bigger picture going.
This got me thinking for a while, then I read on and it confirmed my thinking, but added that the bigger picture would not exist without this microorganism. This does not just stop here on earth but goes way out into the universe.
I maybe a bit slow on understanding all this, but I get it now.
I could go on about this, but I will leave that for another time.
Back to the whole book review.
The book is 118 pages of sheer knowledge. It breaks down into easy to understand sections, for example the chapter on ECOSYSTEM it teaches you the relationship s between the big parts like people, plants etc. And the ecosystem.
What is Medicinal Herbs?
This is explained in easy to understand language without the fluff and padding you can get in so many books.
The other topics that are taught are:
Medicinal Herbs and the Body’s Natural Healing process
You get told which foods work with your body to help it to heal but this book goes into, why it is important.
Genome / Homosapiens
This chapter was another eye opener for me.
Alkaline Plant Food
A whole chapter explaining in detail Alkaline plant Food. It also explains which foods are hybrids.
How to prepare the herbs and the different way in which herbs can be prepared. You also get over 30 pages on herbs explain what each herb is known for, where they are grown, the different names they are known by and more.
I always refer back to those pages because it is straight forward and just gives me the facts I need to know.
This book is amazing. It is filled with important information that many other books written before missed out. Dr Sebi was a brilliant man who wanted to share his knowledge with the world. This is reflected in this book, although this book was not written by him. Aqiyl Aniys has written this book in part to support Dr Sebi’s legacy, a long with wanting to build awareness of herbal healing.
The only Con I have about this book is that the pictures are in black and white and I would have preferred if they were colour pictures.
Would I Recommend This Book.
YES if you are interested in natural products and want to know more about the herbal side of healing the body.
I have numerous amount of herbal products for myself and my family. You could say I now I have a herbal medicine cupboard.
If you like this article and this product please like and share. I will really appreciate it. Thank you.
